By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions and to receive text messages from us at the number you provide. These SMS Terms are part of, and incorporate, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Your consent (opt-in)

You may opt in to receive text messages by: (a) submitting your mobile number through a form, or checking the SMS consent box, on our website; or (b) texting a keyword (e.g., “START”) to (844) 867-3263. When you opt in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have authority to consent for the mobile number provided. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Depending on how you interact with us, messages may include account and service notifications, alerts and reminders, customer-support responses, and promotional or marketing messages.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you text STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send you further Program messages unless you opt in again. You may also email support@getbreadcrumbs.ai to opt out.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except as needed to operate the Program (for example, messaging service providers acting on our behalf).
