SMS Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 28, 2026
BRDCRMBZ.IO, Inc. ("Breadcrumbs," "we," "us") sends text messages to restaurant owners and their teams who opt in — daily briefs, alerts, and replies from Stef. This policy explains how we handle your mobile number and the messages we send. It supplements our main Privacy Policy.
What we collect
When you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile phone number, your opt-in date and method, and the content of messages you send to and receive from us.
How we use it
- To send the messages you signed up for: daily briefs, performance alerts, approval requests, and replies to your questions.
- To respond when you text us, including HELP and STOP requests.
- To keep records of consent and delivery, as required by carriers and law.
We don't share or sell your number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We only share your number with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our SMS platform and wireless carriers), and only so they can deliver them.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your settings and account activity — typically a daily brief plus occasional alerts. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll get one confirmation text, then nothing further.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@getbreadcrumbs.ai.
- To opt back in, reply START or re-enable texts in your Breadcrumbs settings.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Security and retention
We protect your mobile number and message history with the same safeguards described in our Privacy Policy, and keep message records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
